We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our providers for the service they desire. Our schedule also fills up quite fast. That is why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on time. As a courtesy to our patients at d'lux aesthetics, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $50 fee, if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. We do understand that "life happens". If you must cancel under 24 hours please notify us via email: info@dluxaesthetic.com or call/text: 954-580-3190. If you no-show, the fee will be charged.

After three no-shows to your appointment, we may decide to terminate our relationship with you.

To confirm your appointment, your card will be authorized but not charged a $50.00 fee. Your card will only be charged if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice.

If you have had ANY VACCINE or MAJOR dental treatment within two weeks of your appointment or you are to get it within two weeks of your appointment you MUST reschedule. For Covid, the timeline is four weeks.
